GROUP FITNESS CLASSES

Group Exercise is a great way to help with motivation and to be part of a community.
Our classes are aimed to challenge, motivate and push individuals to improve fitness, whilst having fun and socialising. 
We offer a number of different Group classes in and around Ulverston, 
All classes are instructor led and involve equipment and music.

PERSONAL TRAINING

Our Personal Training service can provide 1:1 coaching right in the comfort of your own home, with a personal trainer bringing everything to you. 
We have all the right equipment, safe and effective exercises to deliver first class sessions to help you achieve your fitness goals, along with variety to ensure all sessions are challenging, progressive, fun but most importantly tailored to you.
All new clients will go through a FREE consultation, which includes a physical analysis. This analysis takes into account past to current fitness levels, injuries and nutrition. All this information will then be used to build your bespoke training plan.

PRE AND POST NATAL FITNESS

Pregnancy is a wonderful, scary, exciting and also filled with lots of anxiety around what is and what isn't safe when it comes to exercise.

We have many options to help keep you active and your baby safe throughout all trimesters during your pregnancy.

Once baby arrives we can guide you back into your pre pregnancy training, using safe and effective exercises.
